Legal Staffing is an employee leasing arrangement. Two legally separate employers share the employers' responsibilities with the same employees. The client of Legal Staffing still has control of daily work activities and staff. Legal Staffing takes away the frustrations of payroll processing, leaving more productive time for important tasks, such as directing employee work activities and clients.

One Check Covers Labor Cost

LegalStaffing creates one invoice each pay period which covers all labor charges.  This one invoice includes gross wages, payroll taxes, workers' compensation, employee benefits, and administrative fees.  LegalStaffing takes care of each of these separate costs.  You write only one check.  You deduct this check as a business expense.
