SUBJECT:  Gwinnett County Taxes

We have recently been informed that you may be receiving inaccurate tax information regarding payment status from the Gwinnett County Tax Department. Our understanding is that the tax department might be telling people that the taxes are paid, when in fact they have really been transferred to a third party investor. We strongly recommend that you contact the Gwinnett County Delinquent Tax Department at 770-822-8808 to check on any outstanding taxes, which may have been subject to purchase by a third party. If you are using a tax service, they should be picking up these delinquent taxes and the subsequent transfer to the investor.
