SUBJECT: Issuing Policies in Excess of Agency Agreement Risk Limit
In those instances where you are being asked to insure an owner or lender for an amount in excess of your contracted risk limit, it is necessary for you to obtain The Georgia Fund's written approval for same. To simplify this process, attached please find a Request For Authorization To Issue form (you may copy this form for use in the future). Please answer the questions on the form, attach a copy of your proposed commitment and return it to our office, either via the mail, by fax (770-386-5804) or e-mail (Robbie@gafund.com). We will review the form, contact you with any questions or suggestions we might have and promptly return the signed approval.

Please be sure you attach a copy of the Approval Form to the policy when remitting to us.
