Underwriting Bulletin No. 86July 26, 2002SUBJECT: Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons On March 7, 2002, the Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) amended its listing of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons by removing the following Specially Designated Narcotics Trafficker: DHL WORLDWIDE EXPRESS [Offices in St. Kitts & Nevis, West Indies ONLY], Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport, P.O. Box 803, Basseterre, St. Kitts & Nevis, West Indies; Church Street, Basseterre, St. Kitts & Nevis, West Indies. The changes have been incorporated into the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons. Our Home Office has updated this list as of July 16, 2002 and the information may be searched at the following address: https://firstam.net/facentral/ OFAC information may also be found on the Internet at http://www.treas.gov/ofac/. Please distribute this information to the appropriate personnel in your office.
