SUBJECT: Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons
FDIC memo # "FIL-22-2002, March 7, 2002" – Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons.

On February 26, 2002, the Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) amended its listing of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons by adding 21 names to its list of Specially Designated Global Terrorists (SDGT). Their assets must be blocked immediately.

The additions have been incorporated into the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons. Our Home Office has updated this list as of July 16, 2002 and the information may be searched at the following address: https://firstam.net/facentral/reference/underwriting/SDNSearch.html.
OFAC information may also be found on the Internet at http://www.treas.gov/ofac/.
